We are looking for a new Lead Pastor to help shape our life and vision in this next chapter, which builds on our core values. This is an exciting season for Avenue: we have recently planted a church in another area of Leicester and have sent a number of families overseas on mission.

As Lead Pastor, we are looking for someone who will lead us into our next stage of life and mission together, who can teach us God’s word, train up and equip the next generation, and join us in caring for one another.

To give you a flavour of our church, around 120 adults and children gather on a Sunday for worship in a local primary school, and our church membership stands at 95. Numbers never tell the whole story, but we are thankful for a church community where people know and care for one another, and where we hope newcomers quickly find a place to belong and serve.
