As a church we really want to be investing in our men – building friendships, discipling each other, growing to be more like Christ together. While men don’t always find it easy to talk about those things, doing ‘manly’ things together can help build some of those bonds and allow good conversations.

It’s also a great way of introducing your friends from outside Avenue – they can see that you’re not just a one-off ‘good’ person, we can witness to each others’ friends, and so on. And they should be enjoyable, too!

We’re aiming to run a variety of social events every couple of months – both active and relaxed, free and reasonable cost.
