Sunday Mornings
What to expect
Avenue meets as a church family every Sunday morning at 10:30am in the heart of Clarendon Park, at Avenue Primary School.
Services last about 90 minutes, and during that time:
- We sing together, led by a live band
- We listen to God’s word, the Bible, read together.
- We listen to a 30-minute sermon on a Bible passage.
- We are led in times of prayer and reflection.
- We run activities for primary school-aged children every week (and provide care for pre-school children).
- We spend time together over tea and coffee.
Everyone is welcome, whatever your beliefs and whether it’s your first time in a church or your hundredth.
There is no dress code or need to bring anything special. We would love to welcome you as you are!

How to find us
- We access Avenue Primary School on foot on a Sunday using the school gate on Lytton Road.
- The school is surrounded by residential streets on which parking is free.
- Members of the church family will be standing by the gate to welcome you and guide you into the school hall.
